Scientific Poster Specifications (Roll-up) |
Important Notice Regarding Scientific Posters:
Participants wishing to submit a scientific poster to the conference must ensure it meets the following specifications:
The poster is required to be designed as a roll-up banner.
General Size of the Roll-up:
- Standard common size:
- 85 cm width × 200 cm height
- It is preferable to use the portrait orientation to fit the roll-up structure.
General Design:
- The design should be vertical, with a clear division into organized sections from top to bottom.
- Use formal and eye-friendly colors.
- Margins: Leave a margin of at least 5 cm at the top and bottom, and 3 cm on the sides.
- It is recommended to use a white or light background to facilitate readability.
Poster Content Elements:
- Title:
- At the top, with clear and large font.
- Concise and expressive.
- It is preferable to use dark or navy blue color.
- Researcher/Participant Information:
- Full name.
- Email or QR code for contact (optional).
- Introduction:
- A summary and the importance of the topic.
- Objectives:
- One or two points clearly stated.
- Methodology:
- A brief description of the method, tools, or sample used.
- Results:
- Visual presentation (tables, graphs, images).
- Visual elements should be large and clear.
- Conclusions:
- Focused and concise points.
- References:
- 3–5 main references (in small font at the bottom of the poster).
- Acknowledgements:
- If there is any financial support or collaboration.
