  • Researchers will be notified of preliminary approval within one week of submitting the abstract.

  • Deadline for submitting the final research paper (for paper presenters): June 30, 2025.

  • The Scientific Committee will confirm the final acceptance of the paper within one week of receiving it.

  • Conference Dates: July 22-24, 2025.
